What's a typical day as Marketing Analyst/Specialist? You'll be:

Leading community management efforts, including content creation for blogs, articles, newsletters, and social media channels, while maintaining content calendars.

Contributing to the social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and communications goals.

Collaborating with customer service and technical teams to provide exceptional support and service to customers via social media.

Analyzing metrics using various analytic tools to report on performance and optimize engagement through A/B testing and new initiatives.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a BA in communications, advertising, public relations, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Have 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands.

Possess 3+ years of experience in a corporate or agency environment, interacting with multiple levels of the organization.

Demonstrate proficiency in social media activities, content management tools, and analytics.

Exhibit exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
