This position is 100% work at home.

Your Responsibilities

Help understand and document client processes across various functional and industry areas

Apply quantitative and qualitative techniques to identify areas for improvement in client operations and business areas

Engage with client stakeholders to conduct interview and understand the current state of their business process

Designing a future state business process that helps clients meet their aspirational KRAs/KPIs

Create pro-active and reactive proposals to clients that help meet their short and long term transformational goals - keep abreast of industry and technology trends

Enable AI usage in client projects to drive process transformation and business benefits

Strong proficiency in Six Sigma/Lean and other process improvement methodologies

Strong familiarity with Analytics, Process Management and GenAI toolkits

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, computer science, or related field.

8+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting or internal transformation roles

Expertise in one or two functional areas or industry verticals (preferably Healthcare or Insurance)

Experience working in transformational roles in a BPO environment
