Are you a master of organization, a scheduling wizard, and a pro at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for adynamic Executive Assistant to support our corporate leaders and help drive success across global teams.

?? What You'll Do:

Be the right hand to our executives-manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones.

Create polished presentations, reports, and communications that make an impact.

Handle global and domestic travel logistics like a pro-flights, hotels, visas, and more.

Process invoices and POs with precision and speed.

Lead the charge on departmental events, meetings, and special projects-virtual, in-person, or hybrid.

Keep us compliant and informed by applying internal policies and training others.

? What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED (required).

4+ years of recent experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant.

Proven success working with global teams and external partners.

Expert-level skills in Outlook calendar management and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Proficiency in Zoom, WebEx, Teams, and video conferencing tools.

Strong experience with invoice and PO processing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
