Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will act as a team lead in the designing, producing, testing, or implementing software, technology, or processes, as well as lead processes for creating and maintaining IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.

The Drupal Platform Release Train Engineering Lead Associate (Acquia, Drupal and Cloudflare) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Independently determine the needs of the customer while identifying and resolving conflicting or complementary needs across customer groups.
Applying advanced skill, knowledge and experience, design and develop software solutions to meet customer needs.
Use a process-driven approach to leading design solutions.
Implement new software technology and coordinate simultaneous implementation tasks across teams.
May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing software.
Minimum Required Experiences

Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
Expertise in developing websites for hosting via intranet or Internet, which may also include web design, web content development, scripting, and/or network security configuration
Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing
Expertise in service management concepts for networks and related standards such as ITIL practices or SDLC
Experience defining and managing changes to documents, code, computer programs, websites, and other files to enable collaboration and ensure teams are working from the latest version
Learning and Training including conducting, developing, and evaluating training, instructional design, and learning management systems
Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.

Extensive experience in Acquia Code Studio , being able to support the development team to ensure proper setup and configuration.
Experience in managing branching strategies within the development life cycle and maintenance of multiple Websites
Experience in working and optimizing enterprise search services, Advanced experience in * Coveo Search
Experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript development
Experience in PHP, Python, or other backend scripting languages
Experience in Drupal for Security patching, Drupal upgrades, Core and Custom module updates.
Extensive experience leveraging and using the Acquia environment , deploying code, working with Acquia Site-Factory, writing UNIX scripts to support.
Extensive experience with WAF, CDN and caching mechanism, preferred experience with Cloudflare and CloudFront .
Extensive knowledge of industry leading software engineering approaches from a Digital Marketing perspective.
Working knowledge of both SQL and no-SQL datastores
Build Automation and Configuration Management frameworks. (CI/CD).
Effective communication, organization, time management, interpersonal skills
Ability to work in fast paced environment
