We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern this fall (2025) in Minneapolis. In this entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to learn important skills and gain professional experience by working on digital advertising campaigns with our digital marketing team. Typical Day in the Life A typical day in the life of a Digital Marketing Intern with Eide Bailly might include the following: Setting up campaigns in various self-serve ad platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn and Google. Setting up conversion tracking when necessary. Communicating successful launch. Ongoing in-platform optimizations to ensure campaign success. Pacing campaigns. Assisting in conducting A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign effectiveness. Creating a rough draft report on campaign performance upon campaigns conclusion. Performing market analysis and research on competition. Use various tools to pull and analyze data for marketing campaigns. Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks. Who You Are Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or a related field (or recently graduated). Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and familiarity with paid media channels. Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads or Google Analytics isa plus. Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship What to Expect Next We'll be in touch! INTERNS: We are excited to share that intern positions across our firm are paid between $16.00-$20.00/hour and are eligible for overtime. If you are offered an intern position with Eide Bailly, your pay rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience.
