Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, and be proactive in anticipating the needs of the team, especially in scheduling interviews. A strong customer service mindset is essential, coupled with the ability to follow established processes while being adaptable when necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as superb organizational capabilities, are crucial for keeping up with interview scheduling requests and following up with less responsive candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is mandatory. Experience using Handshake for recruiting undergraduate individuals and updating professional social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants and internal employees.

Utilize ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse, for managing recruitment processes.

Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the recruitment team.

Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure responsiveness.

Update professional social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn.

Essential Skills

1 to 3 years of recruiting coordinator experience.

Proficiency in ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse.

Strong scheduling and tracking experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience using Handshake for recruiting undergraduate individuals.

Experience updating professional social media, especially LinkedIn.

Work Environment

The position is based in the vibrant Reston Town Center, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $38.46/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
