As anInsideSales Representative, you'llserve as the liaison betweenoutside sales,partners within the organization, and existing customers. You'll be responsible formanaging customer orders, communicating with customers regarding out-of-stocks and substitution options, strengthening customer relationships, utilizing e-Commerce technologies, scheduling exception deliveries,determiningcredits for customers when appropriate, and more!You'll help them to achieve their goals and, in return, yours! High school diplomaor equivalentrequired Two years of previous customer-facing service experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve Previous food service experience helpful but not required SAP experience preferred Bilingual requirements, reading and writing in specific languages such as but not limited to Spanish or Mandarin Chinese preferred Gordon Food Service encourages veterans and active military members to apply.
