Length - 3 months - covering for leave of absence

Pay: 21/hr.

Schedule - M-F 40 hours per week

Location - New Brunswick, NJ- hybrid

Must be able to provide own device (i.e.. Laptop, tablet)

What's a typical day like? You'll be:

Provides a wide range of administrative support to management

Managing content on SharePoint website including video uploading with some minor editing and general content management

Assistance with PO creation and adding SOW/contracts through J&J procurement systems as well as invoicing approval

This job might be an outstanding fit for those who:

High School Diploma or GED required

2 plus years of related experience highly preferred

Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Office software programs. SharePoint experience required. Ariba and Concur a plus

Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.
