US Marketing Operations Overview:
Marketing Operations is a centralized function ensuring alignment, operational efficiency and effectiveness, and strategic execution across the US Marketing team as well as the US Commercial Organization. The team serves as a core function providing cross-functional collaboration, communications, and standard operating procedures.
Position Overview:
The Associate Marketing Manager is the commercial team liaison with Supply Chain for the US team. This person will manage, develop and implement high-impact marketing processes focused on supply communications and issues management. This person will also have the responsibility for analytics, reporting, and team dashboards related to product supply. This person is responsible for delivering against specified budgets and timeframes and ensuring applicable company compliance with all relevant country and regional requirements, company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Platform Marketing and Supply Chain to develop internal and external communications for supply-related events
Create and deliver efficient processes for the commercial team to manage supply chain issues.
Partner with the supply chain team to isolate drivers of supply chain issues and implement strategies to mitigate further disruption
Build and implement framework and processes for timely and effective management of field resources and analytics reporting.
Develop and ensure adherence to the annual budget.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of relevant commercial or supply chain business experience required.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to navigate and achieve business impact across a highly matrixed organization required.
Strong collaboration, problem solving, and organizational influence skills required.
Demonstrated knowledge of marketing logistics and, analytics preferred.
Ability to negotiate and manage others through influence preferred.
Experience in customer selling and interaction preferred.
This position will be based in Raritan, NJ or Cincinnati, OH and requires up to 25% travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$91,000 - $147,200
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
