Warehouse Coordinator

Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join their team. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be part of the operations department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $24.00 per hour

M-F 8:30 pm - 5:30 pm

What's the Job?

Ensure that all materials are picked and delivered in a timely manner to meet production and sales schedules in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Participate in cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.

Review and process all incoming materials to ensure that they meet order requirements as outlined on purchase orders.

Manage all packaging material Kanban and/or safety stock levels.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as QLP, Lean, and 6S.

What's Needed?

Good working knowledge of Windows-based applications.

Solid communication skills - both written and verbal.

1-3 years of warehouse and/or technical office experience.

Specific certifications and/or licenses preferred in forklift and other material handling equipment.

Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.
