A Day in the Life
As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our senior leaders by enabling their effectiveness and driving operational excellence in a complex, high-impact environment.

As an Executive Assistant, you will:
· Provide high-level administrative support to one or more senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation.
· Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between executive leaders and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships.
· Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
· Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations with strong attention to detail.
· Coordinate logistics for complex meetings, events, and offsites (virtual and in-person), including agenda development and follow-ups.
· Anticipate needs and proactively resolve administrative and operational challenges.
· Support project tracking, documentation, and team coordination as needed.
· Partner with other Executive Assistants and administrative professionals across the organization to support broader team goals and initiatives.
Must Haves: Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years related experience
Nice to Have: Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a large, matrixed, or global organization
Experience supporting VP-level or above
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Concur)
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Flexible, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to inclusion, collaboration, and a positive team culture

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$72,400.00 - $108,600.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).
