Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized HR Administrative Assistant to support our human resources team in Nashua NH. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their administrative skills and gain exposure to the HR field. HR experience is not required-just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

Answer phones and direct calls as needed

Organize and maintain employee files

Enter data into systems and update spreadsheets

Help with onboarding tasks and new hire paperwork

Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars

Assist with general office duties and support the HR team

Ability to work daily in MS Excel

Requirements - Proficiency in Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Familiarity with collaboration tools, such as Teams.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and develop skills in the HR field.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
