Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift (9x80, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Pay Rate: $25.61 - $26.20/hour

Contract Length: 6 Months (with potential for extension)

Overtime: High demand - weekend work currently ongoing

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support cutting-edge aerospace projects. In this role, you'll be part of a team that builds revolutionary systems that impact lives around the globe and beyond. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will help power missions that reach the skies-and even space.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll:

Support manufacturing operations and collaborate with engineers on setup and calibration.

Perform rework, quality testing, and final assembly of aerospace components.

Use advanced tools and programs to monitor and adjust manufacturing processes.

Assist in developing and refining production methods.

Contribute to experiments and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (education will be verified)

2+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings

Skilled with hand tools and basic math/geometry

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in aerospace manufacturing

Familiarity with epoxy/silicone adhesive prep and hazardous materials handling

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Pay Details: $25.61 to $26.20 per hour
