What You'll Do:

Operate cutting lines handling long sheets of metal with precision

Use measuring tools like tape measures and calipers to ensure top quality

Work side-by-side with teammates to keep production running smoothly and efficiently

Keep safety front and center while maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Help hit production goals while showing up ready to contribute every day

What You Bring to the Team:

At least 1 year of metal fabrication experience preferred - but we welcome general manufacturing pros too!

Confidence with measuring tools and a sharp eye for detail

Team spirit and a can-do attitude that uplifts those around you

A history of solid attendance and reliability - we want team players for the long haul!

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and follow directions with precision
