Description

We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead and drive product marketing initiatives within the healthcare and medical device manufacturing industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee product positioning, branding, and lifecycle management while ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in product marketing and management, coupled with expertise in campaign planning and budget processes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with organizational goals.

Oversee product positioning and branding to enhance market visibility and customer engagement.

Manage product lifecycles, including roadmap development and implementation.

Conduct product training initiatives to ensure teams are well-equipped to support sales and customer needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and market penetration.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and drive innovation.

Lead campaign planning efforts to promote products effectively across various channels.

Manage budget processes, ensuring marketing resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the healthcare and medical device industry.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements - Extensive experience in product marketing within the healthcare or medical device industry.

Proven expertise in product lifecycle management and roadmap development.

Strong skills in product positioning and branding strategies.

Demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.

Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
