Overview:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. This role will be based in the Irving, TX area. Work schedules / shifts may vary as needed to provide support across different time zones - core schedule will be from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Central Standard Time.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

Responds professionally to inquiries from internal/external customers

Promotes, ensures and provides customer service to internal/external customers by demonstrating skills which are consistent with the organization's philosophy of providing extraordinary customer relations and quality service

Guide and process customer inquiries/complaints in a fast-paced environment

Documents conversations with members according to procedure

Follows established procedures to meet customer/member needs

Performs other relevant duties as required

Assist the department in meeting customer needs and reaching department expectations

Who we are looking for:

Preferred candidate will have 1-3 year's minimum experience proving administrative support in addition to providing top quality customer service.

Candidate should be detail oriented with focus on accuracy and be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill

Required to effectively interact with diverse work units and relevant organizational departments.

Proficient with Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word), Quickbase, and other applications necessary to complete tasks

Bilingual skills preferred

Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies
