As the Inside Sales Support account manager Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting the business development sales team by upselling, management of processing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing essential administrative support. Promptly responding to customer calls and emails, ensuring excellent service and communication. Assisting with order entry, tracking orders, and managing order processing. Preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate records for internal use. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. Providing product information and resolving any customer issues

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
