Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with a focus on overseeing both commercial and residential builds. The role requires managing timelines, budgets, and crews, while coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee commercial and residential construction projects, including mixed-use, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and multi-family renovations.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project success.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.

Essential Skills

Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.

Proficiency with construction management software such as Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.

Strong understanding of construction documents, change orders, and RFIs.

A degree in Construction Management is preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in commercial construction as a project manager, assistant project manager, project engineer, or superintendent.

Experience managing project budgets ranging from $5-20 million.

Work Environment

The work environment is primarily office-based, with 90% of the time spent in the office. Most projects are within a 15-minute radius, providing convenience and efficiency. A company vehicle is provided for use, and team members are equipped with a company tablet. The atmosphere is supportive, with long-tenured employees, offering autonomy on smaller projects. The company fosters a culture of open communication and decision-making, as it is privately-held and family-owned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
