Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Painter to join our team. This role involves painting small valves in a manufacturing setting. The job is repetitive, but it offers the opportunity for additional training and responsibilities for those who demonstrate reliability and capability.

Responsibilities

Paint small valves with precision and care.

Maintain a consistent and high-quality finish on all products.

Follow safety procedures and use provided safety equipment.

Assist with additional duties as trained and required.

Essential Skills

At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proven history of good attendance.

Basic math skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with labor, paint, production, forklift operation, assembly, warehouse operations, and manufacturing processes.

Work Environment

The position is based in a heat treat plant, which is typically very hot and dirty. The painting area, however, is air-conditioned. Employees must wear steel-toed safety boots, and safety glasses will be provided. Be prepared for a challenging yet rewarding work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford, Pennsylvania

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
