We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, IT Supply Chain & Manufacturing with expertise in SAP Supply Chain, Direct Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics to join our fast-paced dynamic team. This position will drive implementation and support of enterprise systems and applications for embecta in support of embecta operations to foster innovation that creates competitive advantage, enhances the customer experience, improves service quality, supports business development, improves cost effectiveness, and leads to greater productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Leads execution of new technology package with Supply chain, Direct Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing to achieve business objectives by fostering innovation, prioritizing initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of systems across the organization to ensure flexible, effective platforms able to adjust to reasonable future demands consistent with the business plans of embecta.
Drives the implementation and support of enterprise systems and applications for SAP Plan to Deliver and SAP Source to Pay in support of embecta operations to foster innovation that creates competitive advantage, enhances the customer experience, improves service quality, supports business development, improves cost effectiveness, and leads to greater productivity and efficiency.
Drives forward-thinking deployment of cloud-based platforms and solutions as well as effective use and management of external partnerships for application development and application maintenance/operations.
Ensures compliance of controls for the processes and functions performed by IT Delivery team engaged with Plan to Deliver and Source to Pay. Supports periodic reviews by internal/external audit, compliance teams and other risk-related functions as required.
Business partner to embecta Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing organizations; engages with all members various embecta stakeholders to enable the goals and objectives of the organization. Incorporates business, regional, and functional strategies into the goals and objectives of the technologies to be developed and deployed.
Maintains knowledge on emerging trends and drives appropriate decisions for various technologies.
Builds an efficient, cohesive, high-performing team.

Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or related discipline required.
10+ years of experience working with manufacturing sites and good understanding of SAP tools, including configuration, integration with 3PL and other manufacturing applications.
10+ years of technical and functional experience in SAP Source to Pay and SAP Plan to Deliver processes such as: Master Data, Direct Procurement, Production Planning and Execution, Inventory Management, Logistics, and integration with Procurement, 3PL, and Finance.
Strong knowledge of global technologies such as SAP, EDI, etc.
Experience working with a variety of third-party technical & process organizations to achieve business goals.
Able to connect business strategies with technical roadmaps.
Experience leading project teams.
Able to develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technical initiatives.
Experience partnering with third parties to drive and deliver services.
Preferred Requirements:
Training / certification in Six Sigma and/or lean highly desirable.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to communicate complex business challenges in a non-technical and simplified manner to embecta senior management.
Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
