Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead electrical projects through all phases.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Manage Lighting, Switchgear, and Subcontractor quotes and purchases.

Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

Conduct on-site visits to construction sites to monitor progress and address any issues.

Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure accurate implementation of electrical systems.

Essential Skills

Must have experience working for an Electrical Contractor.

Knowledge of Bluebeam, EBM estimating software, and MS Office.

Proficient in project management and electrical estimating.

Experience in managing Bio-Pharmaceutical and Class A Commercial TI's.

Strong background in electrical engineering and design.

Familiarity with NEC codes and regulations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective team management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Bluebeam software for document management.

Knowledge of construction management practices.

Our Client experience is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment includes regular on-site visits to construction sites, requiring the use of advanced technology and software such as Bluebeam and MS Office. The role demands effective coordination with various teams, ensuring a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere focused on achieving project milestone

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
