In this role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting up to four executives. The qualified candidate will have 3+ years of administrative experience supporting executives in a professional services setting and proven expertise in complex calendar management.

Position Details:

Location: Chicago, IL

Work Model: Hybrid

Degree: Required

Responsibilities include acting as gatekeeper for executives\'

calendar, serving as the main point of contact for external and internal requests, prioritizing conflicting needs and proactively following up, providing extensive travel management, coordinating all expense reporting, performing ad hoc administrative work and projects as needed, and more.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both

oral and written, strong organizational skills, an ability to work with minimal supervision, and can act as a point of contact for all requests with proactiveness and professionalism.
