dedicated Quality Control Manager to ensure our products meet and exceed
customer expectations.
Job Summary
The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the
quality control processes within our manufacturing facility. This role
ensures compliance with ISO9001 standards (preferred), identifies areas
for improvement, and implements quality control measures to enhance
product quality.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and
procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure products meet
quality standards.
Identify and address quality issues, and implement corrective
actions.
Train and supervise quality control staff.
Maintain documentation of quality assurance activities.
Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing
processes.
Ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards (preferred) and other
relevant regulations.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare reports on quality performance and metrics.
Qualifications
Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing
environment.
Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
Familiarity with ISO9001 standards is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train and supervise staff.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
