Zennihome is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to
join our team in Snowflake, Arizona. This role will be crucial in
optimizing our production processes and ensuring efficiency and quality.
Job Summary
The Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and
improving manufacturing processes. This position requires strong
problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work
collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance
efficiency and quality.
Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement
corrective actions.
Create and maintain process documentation, including standard
operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct process simulations and modeling to predict and optimize
process performance.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance
teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
Participate in equipment selection, installation, and validation.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Train production staff on new processes and procedures.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing
environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in the home manufacturing industry.
Lean Six Sigma certification.
Working Conditions
This position is located in Snowflake, Arizona. The role may require
occasional travel and work outside of standard business hours.
Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
