Description We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Designer to join our creative team in Everett, Washington. This is a contract position where you will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative visual solutions and driving strategic storytelling across diverse platforms. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in design, multimedia production, and art direction, coupled with a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities:

Develop visually compelling designs that effectively communicate strategic messages through storytelling, illustrations, and data visualizations.

Produce engaging content across various platforms, including graphics, multimedia formats, and interactive elements.

Design impactful presentation materials using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate creative briefs, propose strategies, and deliver innovative design concepts.

Execute high-quality creative deliverables across formats such as animations, videos, sound editing, and photo shoots.

Provide art direction for projects, including photo and video shoots, while closely collaborating with the Creative Director.

Utilize expertise in video shooting, editing, animation, and sound production using tools like Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

Adapt to diverse project requirements by producing illustrations, animated assets, and strategic visual content.

Partner with the team to craft visually engaging pitch decks and strategic presentations that align with storytelling goals. Requirements - Extensive experience integrating storytelling into design solutions, blending graphic design and illustrative skills with strategic thinking.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, as well as advanced PowerPoint presentation design skills.

Strong multimedia production skills, including expertise in video editing and animation tools such as Adobe Premiere or After Effects; familiarity with Figma is a plus.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, including working closely with a Creative Director.

Flexibility to manage multiple projects across various mediums while maintaining creativity and quality.

Demonstrated ability to produce designs that showcase strong storytelling capabilities through graphic design, illustration, and multimedia assets.

High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation software; experience with Figma or similar tools is preferred.

Nice-to-have skills include photography, videography, advanced sound editing, and animation capabilities. Innovation starts with people.®
