Robert Half Company is looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant for our local clients ongoing needs in the area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The Office Assistant will handle various administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing files, and assisting with daily office activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries

Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked

Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars

Sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Provide support to team members with various projects and tasks as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Positive and professional demeanor
