Job Summary

Solar Energy World, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Comcast Corporation, is a top-rated, award-winning regional solar panel installation company for residential property owners serving Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, and Washington D.C. We are currently experiencing explosive growth and are looking to add 1 Solar Design Engineer to our team.

Job Description

**Entry Level Role-- Must have Familiarity with AutoCad

Core Responsibilities:**

· AutoCAD Proficiency: Skilled in using AutoCAD for detailed drawings; LISP experience is a bonus.

· Drafting Skills: Strong technical drafting abilities.

· Attention to Detail: Precise and accurate in creating drawings; aware of the impact of small errors.

Communication: Effectively communicates design concepts, responsive to emails, and collaborates well in a team

Team Player: Works well in a team setting, open to constructive criticism.

Problem-Solving: Identifies potential issues in projects and communicates them to the team.

Efficiency: Delivers high-quality projects quickly.

Punctuality: Timely in tasks and responsibilities.

Interest in Solar: Demonstrates an interest in solar-related projects.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $29.74 - $44.61

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
