Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Allen, Texas. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in managing leads, scheduling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries about non-recurring cleaning services.

Follow up on leads generated from web inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Qualify potential clients and coordinate service appointments with the operations team.

Utilize AirTable to organize leads, schedule estimates, and maintain communication records.

Develop and present accurate quotes for one-time or special project cleaning services.

Clearly explain service options to customers and follow up to close sales effectively.

Track and report sales activities and outcomes using AirTable. Requirements

Bilingual English/Spanish

Experience with systems such as ADP Financial Services, Concur, and Crystal Reports.

Strong skills in answering inbound calls and handling customer inquiries.

Familiarity with cash handling and buying processes.

Ability to process data efficiently and accurately.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.
