We're looking for a Sales Coordinator who is passionate about Universal Studios Hollywood to join Sales team. As Sales Coordinator, your role will be to assist with inside sales support to 3 account leaders for the domestic market. You will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities with a sense of urgency. You will also partner closely with Finance, Operations, marketing, and other internal teams.
General Responsibilities:
Learn and become knowledgeable of the sales channels, the Universal Studios Hollywood brand, proprietary systems and sales priorities
Partner with other Sales Coordinators to balance team priorities
Assist with routing of contracts and addendums, refund requests, invoices and purchase orders
Assist with site visits and familiarization tours
Act as a point of contact for clients when required
Coordinate with finance and sales integration to schedule price updates
Manage internal reporting logs, trackers and other shared documents
Interact with clients in a professional manner, both in person and virtually
Implement inventory management and organizational systems in storage spaces
Consistently seek new ways to grow and support the business
Compose and prepare confidential internal and external correspondence, reports and other documents
Organizing for tradeshows (giveaways, collateral and vendor coordination)
Assist in coordinating and executing client facing events like Partner Education Day, VIP Client Events, hospitality packages, onsite visit logistics, etc.
Assist in getting clients set up to take Universal Partner Community Specialist training.
Uploading Sales Teams Weekly insights into CRM
Attending cross-functional team meetings
Supporting uKnow (Internal communication site) accuracy
Competitive analysis on pricing, promotions and market trends
Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements:
Strong reading, writing, computer and communication skills are a must
Ability to develop and maintain strong team relationships, including external partners, while driving for positive results.
Ability to analyze a situation and make problem solving recommendations or actions
Must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and significant time pressures
Must be able to work with multiple business leaders and prioritize effectively
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
Must positively contribute to team environment
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Valid driver's license required
Must have reliable transportation
The ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds safely
Flexibility and willingness to adjust schedule accordingly to evenings & weekends based on business needs
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
Desired Characteristics:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; major in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing is preferred
2 years of previous sales experience preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Galaxy, Microsoft TEAMS and SNAP preferred
