The salary range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 hourly. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 12p-8p (Overtime based on business need, occasional weekends)

Job Type : Full-time, benefits eligible

Pay : $22-25/hr

Location: Norwell, MA

Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, move, and stage products and materials using manual or powered equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)

Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against packing slips, and inspect for damage

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards

Maintain accurate inventory records through proper labeling and documentation

Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient workspace

Follow company safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents immediately

Assist with periodic cycle counts and full physical inventories

Support other warehouse functions and departments as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

2 years of warehouse or material handling experience.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods

Basic math, reading, and communication skills

Minimum of 2 years propane forklift experience.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
