Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience - $28-$32 per hour.

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 40 hours.

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Providing professional administrative support to a group of employees under the direction of leaders and colleagues.

Assisting with meeting logistics, including booking conference rooms, ordering food/drinks, and escorting visitors.

Managing select key R&D IT systems, including handling new account access requests and executing annual verification processes. (experience required)

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is preferred.

Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn new digital tools quickly.
