Job Overview:

Provides administrative support and disciplined organization of all documentation, Teams channels, SharePoint sites, and file shares for site capital projects. This position may serve as Project Manager for "procurement only" projects and back-up for the PE&S Administrative Assistant, as needed.

Responsibilities:

 Provides capital project support, including:

Project creation:

Generating work business structures (WBS) in SAP for all projects

Updating project information in project portfolio system to reference project WBS

Creating Teams channels for each project upon Site Capital Team engagement

Documentation archival upon project closure:

Filing project documentation in Falcon

Deleting project Team channels/SharePoints

Administers department owned documentation (SSGs and variances), including:

Generating deadline reports and advanced communication to ensure compliance

Generating new SSG numbers

Maintaining a standard SSG template format, and ensuring consistency as documents are generated and updated

Routing all documents for approval, review, and informational awareness

Archiving any historical documentation

Creates, organizes, and maintains department shared communications and information repositories, such as:

SharePoint sites

File shares

Education:

High school diploma or GED

Preference: Post-secondary education/degree

Experience

2 years of related experience

Manufacturing experience Preferred
