Aston Carter is hiring a recruiting coordinator out of Lafayette, IN. This position offers competitive pay with a top company in the area!

Job Description:

Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team to assist in the general day to day operations of the talent acquisition team.

Assisting the Talent Acquisition team in the maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records ensuring timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits.

Serve as point of contact for all interviews, assisting candidates and hiring managers in the scheduling of onsite and virtual interviews.

Coordinate interview information between hiring managers and candidates, including sending confirmation emails, outlook invites and booking rooms.

Maintain interview documentation including interview schedules, historical interview records and collection of consensus forms.

Creating and distributing employment-related correspondence, including STAR Interview standards, orientation materials, assisting in initiating and monitoring, drug screenings and medical assessments.

Partner with HR and Hiring teams to check on the rehire-eligibility of former caterpillar and agency workers.

Skills & Qualifications:

2-4+ years of recruitment experience

Bachelor's or Associate is preferred

Microsoft suite experience

Experience with ATS systems preferred

Experience scheduling interviews, meetings or events.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
