Are you a skilled and passionate Manufacturing Engineer with a deep understanding of stamping, molding, assembly, and other critical manufacturing processes? As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

Be a Process Leader: Drive optimal performance in stamping, molding, assembly, and other manufacturing processes, ensuring top-notch quality and maximizing output.

Be a Tooling Expert: Leverage your deep knowledge of mold tooling, die tooling, machining, and assembly techniques to improve and refine our manufacturing processes.

Drive Standardization & Optimization: Implement and standardize best practices across our manufacturing environment, aligning with TEOA requirements and fostering continuous improvement.

Innovate Manufacturing Platforms: Design and develop cutting-edge manufacturing and automation platforms for both new product development and optimization of existing product lines.

Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a crucial interface between engineering and manufacturing, ensuring seamless manufacturability of new designs and a smooth production ramp-up.

Utilize Your Expertise: Support Product Development in the selection and optimization of tooling for piece part production, ensuring the most suitable manufacturing concepts are implemented.

What you'll bring to the table:

Proven expertise in stamping, molding, assembly, and other manufacturing processes.

Deep knowledge of mold tooling, die tooling, machining, and other manufacturing tooling techniques.

Familiarity with LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies (DoE, FMEA, QFD, etc.).

Proficiency in CAD, CAE, industrial, or quality engineering tools.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Location: This is a 9+ month onsite assignment in Wilsonville, OR.

Pay rate $43.91/hr
