Responsibilities You will facilitate the mission and strategic plans of the Director, Navy International Programs Office (IPO), Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (International Programs) (DASN (IP), and Navy Implementing Agency (IA). You will perform and lead a team to perform Case Execution and Case Closure duties for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Building Partnership programs and policy. You will implement execution goals and objectives; develop resource estimates and determine resource allocation for assigned programs. You will develop, implement, plan, promulgate, monitor and interpret Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Navy (DoN), and Navy IPO SC/SA/FMS policy and guidance. You will be a subject matter expert and represent the DoN SC/SA/FMS Enterprise and Navy IA to external agencies to interpret FMS and BPC policies in execution of Navy IPO/DASN (IP)/ Navy IP responsibilities. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Expert Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Building Partnership Capacity programs and policy and regulations to include Export Administration Regulations and International Traffic in Arms Regulations; Ability to provide representation on organizational and program matters/issues to all levels of interest both internal and external to the organization; Knowledge of DoD and DoN weapons systems program management and associated acquisition processes, regulations, and procedures.
