Summary

The Marketing Support Manager (MSM) will work closely with the existing marketing team. The MSM will deliver high quality, complex and timely materials, work products, reports, and presentations to support various marketing initiatives. The MSM will work closely with the program management to assist with the development, implementation, and ongoing marketing support to achieve the program goals.

Essential Job Functions:

Create marketing tools for the program team members to use at events

Produce marketing templates, email drafts, and program emails for team use daily and as needed

Develop and produce program print materials, including fliers and posters

Assist with the development and implementation of email nurturing campaigns and marketing activities for specific and/or special events for current and future needs

Track, report, and monitor results of marketing activities

Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication through digital analytics

Provide analytical support of actual results against budget and feasibility of proposed business strategies

Create content using Canva and Adobe Suite

Write and produce copy for print and digital channels and email campaigns

Utilize email marketing platforms including Pardot, Salesloft, GetResponse and Bit.ly

Create and maintain documentation for training purposes as required

Analyze website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales

Identify new markets and create a plan to enter markets

Partner with product development teams to estimate product demand

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Accomplished copywriting skills (samples highly encouraged for consideration)

Demonstrated digital design skills and experience

Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable dealing with changing priorities and timelines

Ability to understand data and transform it into analytics, often in the absence of documentation, through data profiling, interviews, and reverse-engineering

Motivated self-starter who can work independently, but also seek out opportunities to work collaboratively with others

Hands-on experience designing and implementing new materials and campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working directly with senior business leaders to understand objectives and articulate the value of business intelligence solutions

Ability to interact with User Community to gather requirements and transform it into requirement document

Proficiency with various marketing tools including Pardot, Salesloft, GetResponse, Canva, Adobe Suite

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree

3+ years of relevant marketing experience

Experience working within the Salesforce.com platform, marketing automation, and digital design
