Description

We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to provide high-level support for a senior leader in Dobbs Ferry, New York. This contract position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.

Act as the primary point of contact for the executive, handling inquiries and communication on their behalf.

Maintain records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Monitor and prioritize incoming emails and other forms of communication.

Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and ordering office supplies.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
