THE ROLE:
As Finance/IT Coordinator at Park Hyatt Chicago , you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our hotel. You'll work closely with the Finance, Information Technology, and Human Resources leadership teams, all while maintaining our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. This unique position offers an amazing opportunity to gain in-depth insight into every aspect of the hotel's inner workings & departments.
Your primary responsibilities will include elevated administrative duties for Finance, IT ticket queue management, and some limited duties for Human Resources. You will also collaborate with the leadership team on Ad Hoc projects to improve processes and procedures to help drive the success of the property.
While you will work alongside experienced leaders, this role is designed to help you grow and develop through coaching and mentoring to prepare for the next step in your career. SALARY INFORMATION:
The expected pay range for this position is $27 - $31 per hour . This reflects the competitive compensation expected at Park Hyatt Chicago . Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2 years in administrative capacity, preferably in hospitality or related field.
Education: Degree in Finance, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
Guest Service Excellence: Uncompromising dedication to delivering exceptional, detail-oriented guest experiences.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across departments.
Organizational Skills: Mastery in managing multiple priorities while maintaining luxury service standards.
Financial Acumen: Proficiency with math and Microsoft Office suite products. Opera knowledge is a plus.
IT Acumen: Proficiency in technology/aptitude for learning systems & hardware.
Luxury Standards: Deep commitment to upholding the highest standards of luxury service and hospitality.
Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Schedule: The position will primarily be a Monday through Friday position working 8:30-5p, but with flexibility as needed.
