Role Summary:

As an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations within our office. You'll be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, fostering positive client interactions, and maintaining organized workflows. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow within an administrative role.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for team members.

Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, memos, and presentations as needed.

Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies to ensure a well-functioning workplace.

Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

Perform data entry and database management, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other team activities.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or administrative certification is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A proactive and adaptable mindset to handle varying tasks and deadlines.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Previous administrative experience is beneficial but not required training will be provided.
