Responsibilities: Execute high quality fitness programs for a variety of clients based on their individual goals, fitness levels, and medical history. Use technology to track client progress. Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals. Maintain a clean and safe workout environment. Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques. Collaborate with other trainers and staff to create a positive and inclusive gym culture. Qualifications: Experience as a Personal Trainer or relevant role (preferred, not required) Knowledge of various fitness programs, from basic exercises to functional training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire clients. Passion for health and fitness. * Reliable, punctual, and professional behavior. Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) a bonus but not required.
