Essential Functions Statement(s)

CMM programming (Zeiss/Calypso)

Interpret prints and use a variety of gages. Mics. Calipers Optical Comparator and height gage.

Inspect Manufactured and vendor parts

Complete documentation per Company procedures

Communicate with Machine Operators, Management, Vendors, and other departments.

Maintain Quality documents, tools and procedures.

Must be able to stand 10+ hours

Must be able to lift 70lbs

Must be able to walk, carry, bend, kneel.

Must be able to communicate effectively, get along with co-workers, and deal with colleagues effectively and professionally.

A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education : High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience : Two to four years related experience.

Vocational school or machine trades class is helpful.

Computer Skills

Ability to be trained to use D365 effectively.

Certificates & Licenses

Ability to be trained to operate warehouse equipment such as a hand truck.

Ability to pass Hi-lo driver exam and receive a hi-lo licenses

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; outside weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat.
