This Corporate Communications Specialist will be responsible for supporting internal and external communications for various departments (finance, human resources, marketing, etc.)

Job Description:

-Support development and implementation of external communication strategies to enhance the company's public image and reputation.

-Support management of agency partners and drafting/distribution of press releases, media statements, and other corporate communications materials.

-Support content creation for the company's website, social media, and other external platforms.

-Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and information sharing.

-Manage internal communication channels, including intranet, email, and employee applications.

-Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with corporate branding. Provide support as and when needed, e.g. assisting with message development, drafting of material, and ongoing communications support.

-Own master internal/external corporate communications editorial calendar.

-Organize and support events, meetings, and presentations.

-Assist in crisis communication planning and execution.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr.
