Digital Operations and System Migration Lead
The Digital Operations and System Migration Lead will ensure smooth Bayer Digital Farming (DFS) migration into the CORE platform specifically around support functions, order-to-cash, and commercial policy.
You will partner with key stakeholders within DFS for all go-to-market policy actions as well as identify and solve for any issues within our Fieldview platform.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
Work closely with the CORE team to ensure that DFS is supported throughout the migration from DFS instances to BCS instances.
Including but not limited to requirements gathering, documentation of processes, and testing during roll out
Salesforce CRM
Order management
Telephony
Promotions management
Financial management
Digital commerce/digital payments
Feature/asset management
Collaborate with ART1 and ART4 for dealer portal, Order to Cash, promotions, commercial policy, etc. Rollouts/maintenance/bugs/enhancements.
Example: Mulesoft transition, dealer billing issues, customer support escalated issues.
Collaborate with ART4 and Slalom on the creation and release of Commerce Cloud
Build out requirements and review all processes
Identify areas that are not in scope for original release and ensure it is followed through on future ART4 relea
Testing all phase releases
Build out and test requirements for auto renewal features in commerce cloud
Assist ART4 on developing requirements and technical specifications for projects and new enhancements for OTC end to end processes and Customer Support Tools
Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaign creation, management, engagement rollouts
Partner with all stakeholder teams to determine enhancements and bugs, and help prioritize ART4 jiras
Manage DFS digital operations strategy (how to operationalize new products, subscription, pricing, promotions, Order to cash)
Collaborate with Commercial Engineering, Finance, Customer Support, Marketing and Business Analytics on the requirements and delivery of all work related to OTC end-to-end processes and other DFS processes and workflows
Guide the Account management team, coaching on new processes and ongoing process improvements, SOPs, system updates and new marketing programs
Evaluate all current billing/ordering processes and ensure they are efficient and conducive to making purchases radically simple and beneficial to reaching revenue targets
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required:
Bachelors degree with at least 7 years relevant experience
Strong understanding of BCS internal OTC process and system requirement
Ability to lead & influence teams, communicate with diverse groups
Strategic, critical thinker across complex situations; strong commercial acumen and analytical/business modeling skills. -Results orientation with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; Proven success in delivering results amidst ambiguous environments. Comfort with business strategy, portfolio prioritization, go-to-market, pricing and tracking KPIs and financial metrics
Excellent team- and relationship-building abilities, with both internal and external parties (engineers, data scientists, business partners, etc.)
Demonstrated excellence in project management and multi-dimensional problem-solving
High level of relevant experience in Fieldview, Fieldview support, all aspects of operational needs within Fieldview's go to market policy and order to cash
Preferred:
Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain a keen attention to detail
Natural tendency to be positive, creative, and curious
Ability to quickly understand and synthesize new data and learnings and pivot into action, championing needed changes in direction
Self-starter with a high level of agility to adapt to dynamic business needs; Autonomy to uncover challenges and build solutions without a great deal of direction; comfortable with ambiguity
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $94k-141k. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive program (if relevant).?
