Job Summary:

A leading healthcare insurance company is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in both Vietnamese and English to join their fast-paced, client-focused team. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to assist members with healthcare-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and/or chat to policyholders and providers in both Vietnamese and English

Assist members with benefits information, claims status, billing inquiries, and general account questions

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy

Document all interactions and update customer records in the system

Escalate issues as necessary following internal protocols

Educate members on healthcare plans, coverage options, and resources available to them

Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company privacy guidelines

Requirements

Qualifications:

Fluency in both Vietnamese and English (spoken) is required

1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service platforms

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
