The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for inventory management and fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will be able to process and execute instructions with few errors. This role could be working in any area of the warehouse including, but not limited to receiving, picking, packing, pull down, put away, inventory/quality control, and facilities.
What you'll do as a Warehouse Coordinator:
Unload delivery vehicles and check in merchandise
Organize stock within the warehouse by properly unboxing, labeling, and storing goods in their designated location
Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received
Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition
Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management
Organize and sort items on shelving, bins, and overhangs according to company standards
Accurately maintain company database including all stock and warehouse items
Prepare customer orders by processing orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, placing customer orders in delivery area for pick-up
Properly pack items to be shipped according to company standards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition
Assist in conducting cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Document and process return shipments
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
We're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator with:
2+ years of prior warehouse experience
Hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation
Ability to work full-time
Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized, and positive warehouse environment
Ability to follow all company safety procedures
Proficient in using a forklift and order picker
Attention to detail and good time management skills
Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing
Dependable and Punctual
Customer service mentality is a MUST to ensure a positive customer experience by shipping items to a high standard
Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse
Typing and record keeping skills necessary to provide accurate information for managers and supervisors regarding warehouse inventory
Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
High school diploma or equivalent

Our warehouse is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires the ability to:
Move throughout the entire facility to attend to various issues
Work effectively in teams across functional groups with strong communication skills and the ability to lead
Perform sedentary work on various computer systems
