Executive Assistant

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to SR. leaders, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential communications.

Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-up. Plan and execute team events and training sessions.

Communication & Liaison: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Handle inquiries, prioritize issues, and escalate critical matters to leadership.

Document & Information Management: Create and edit presentations, reports, and spreadsheets. Take accurate meeting minutes and transcribe technical or sensitive content.

Project & Task Management: Support cross-functional projects, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Editorial Excellence: Review and refine written materials for clarity, grammar, and tone. Ensure all communications reflect professionalism and transparency.

Collaboration & Culture: Foster strong interdepartmental communication and contribute to a positive, productive team environment.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably supporting sales or commercial leadership.

Skills:

Proven ability to manage multiple calendars and prioritize competing demands.

Experience handling sensitive customer communications and requests.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Education: Associate's degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
