The focus of this position is to support Dealers in the Region to ensure compliance with the Sales and Service Agreement, achieve grow in sales & market share, continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, and stable financial health of the dealership and network while supporting the ownership and sales performance teams in meeting their collective objectives. Provide Dealers with Business consulting and handling day to day market rep and contracts related questions.
What you'll do...
Dealer Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and guidance to Dealers, ensuring they adhere to brand standards, operational procedures, and performance standards (utilize Financial Statements, Standard Performance Metrics, various Ford Business Management Intelligence Reports, and the Sales and Service Agreement). Act as a point of contact, addressing their questions, concerns, challenges, and feedback promptly.
Performance Analysis: Conduct regular assessments of Dealer performance through financial analysis, operational reviews, and KPI tracking. Work with Regional Management to develop strategies to address areas of improvement needed within the network.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the Ownership and Sales Performance teams to address needs for Dealers in areas such as customer service, sales, and operational efficiency. Ensure accuracy of SSA preamble with regard to paragraphs f1, f2, and f3 of the Sales and Service Agreements (SSA) and coordinate with Franchising to accurately reflect as needed.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competition to provide strategic recommendations for the overall network success in the LA Region (utilize Market Masters, Polk, Sales Expectancy, WIP, etc.).
Business Planning: Collaborate with target Dealers to develop business plans, set goals, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets as outlined in the Balanced Scorecard.
Operational Excellence: Monitor and maintain quality and brand standards across the Dealer network, ensuring consistency in customer experience and brand representation. Ensure Dealers adherence to operational guidelines and compliance requirements as outlined in the SSA.
Communication: Foster open and effective communication with Franchising and support the efforts of the Contracts specialists. Act as a liaison to ensure accurate and timely management of Dealer files and address concerns, provide updates, and facilitate collaboration as needed.

Strong understanding of financial analysis, business development, and operational management.
Ability to travel as needed to support Dealer locations.
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies.
Problem solving mindset with the ability to multi-task.
Bachelor's Degree
Dealer contact experience mandatory
Multiple years of knowledge and understanding of dealership operations mandatory
Experience taking data and creating meaningful analysis through reports and presentations
Strong leadership skills and ability to interface with all levels of management
Excellent interpersonal and communications (written & verbal) skills with the ability to to simplify directions / policies
Team oriented with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
Self-starter, strong drive for results, analytic skills and business acumen
Ensure process discipline and have a continuous improvement philosophy and practice
High level of attention to detail
Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite
Working knowledge of multiple Ford data systems - EIS, DPES, CBS, TSO2, FBMI, GOLDD, Dealer Statements on the Web, etc.
