Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Norwell, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to support a variety of administrative and HR tasks in a dynamic environment. The role will require strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation while assisting with onboarding processes and training initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Assist the HR Director with administrative tasks, including managing onboarding processes and handling new employee paperwork.

Coordinate the setup of new team members, assign training courses, and upload relevant content to learning platforms.

Monitor and update training documentation such as rosters, sign-in sheets, and other essential forms.

Provide regular feedback on training content and curriculum to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Track and report certification and training statuses to supervisors across various locations.

Maintain and update learning platforms with employee data related to onboarding and departures.

Manage schedules and appointments, ensuring efficient time management.

Respond to inbound calls, emails, and correspondence, delivering excellent customer service.

Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Use Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to complete daily assignments. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in HR or training coordination.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with learning management systems, such as Cornerstone, is preferred but not required.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
