NMT's expertise in endoscopic device development, combined with Isometric's market-leading micro-molding capabilities, are transforming the future of drug delivery and medical device technology-including minimally invasive surgical instruments and surgical robotics.

It's an exciting time to join our team, and we're hiring for a full-time Associate Accountant at our New Richmond, WI location. This role will primarily focus on accounts payable and general ledger activities, while also serving as a backup for accounts receivable. The hours for this position are during core business hours, 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding and approvals

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies

Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end reporting

General Ledger (GL):

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation

Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation

Other Duties:

Assist with expense report processing and employee reimbursements

Assist with coding and processing of company credit cards

Back up Accounts Payable

Participate in process improvement initiatives

Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NewSuite, SAP)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
