The Opportunity: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who prefers working in a structured, technical environment and takes pride in producing accurate, thorough work. If you're methodical, conscientious, and enjoy working to make sure projects are well-organized and well-executed, this may be the right fit. Key Responsibilities: Analyze plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates and detailed bids for municipal and government projects. Develop project plans and ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications. Evaluate project risks, apply problem-solving skills to overcome challenges, and follow through to resolution. Participate in pre-bid site visits and pre-construction meetings in town and out of town. Coordinate internally with project teams and externally with clients and vendors in a direct, clear, and factual manner. Ideal Candidate Profile: Analytical and precise - enjoys working with data, numbers, and technical documentation. Conscientious - pays close attention to detail and ensures follow-through. Reserved, dependable, and steady - focused on completing work correctly and efficiently. Comfortable making decisions based on facts and logic, rather than opinion or assumption.
